YOUTH REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM:

Program Goal: The goal of this program is to encourage youth development in the C Scow class by subsidizing the cost of regattas for youths.

​

Qualification: Skipper must be 25 or under as of the first day of the event. 

​

Eligible Regattas: Nationals, C Invite, Inlands, and Blue Chip.

​

Eligible Fees: On-time standard regatta registration fee.

​

Ineligible Fees: All other regatta fees: social events, meals, merchandise, late fees, etc.

​

Expense Cap: First-come, first-serve basis. NCSSA has designated limited funds for this program. 

​

Host Lake Responsibility: Host lake to contact NCSSA Treasurer at least 10 days prior to event to confirm remaining funds available for regatta. Youth does not pay Eligible Fees at registration. Host Lake to request reimbursement from NCSSA within 30 days after regatta.
